Item Availability Inquiry

If you can't find an item you've seen before, it may be out of stock and no longer available for purchase. However, please contact us at contact@parlingtoncompany.com. We may still be able to assist you in ordering it.

Adding Items to an Existing Order

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to it. If you wish to purchase additional items, please create a new order on our website. Afterward, send us an email at contact@parlingtoncompany.com. If possible, we will combine your new order with the existing one for shipment.

Payment Security

Yes, it is safe to use your payment card on our website. We process payments securely through Shopify Payments, a validated Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Service Provider. Your card data is not stored, and all contact information is encrypted for your security. If you have any concerns, please contact us at contact@parlingtoncompany.com.

Delivery

When will my order arrive?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Note that different products may have varying lead times, so your items might arrive separately. For order updates, contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on wrapping paper.

Wallpaper is currently available to the United States. (Canada & Mexico coming soon.)

If you're outside the US, select your country flag at the top right of our website. For example, if you're in Europe, choose the EU flag. Add items to your cart and select your delivery country at checkout to see the shipping cost. All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), so there won't be any unexpected charges upon delivery.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How will my order be sent?

We use different couriers based on your order's weight, size, and delivery location to ensure efficient service. For more details, email us at contact@parlingtoncompany.com.

Refunds & Returns

Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@parlingtoncompany.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Wallpaper samples in sizes 19” x 19” or 30” x 20”
  • Custom color wallpaper (colors provided by the customer)
  • Custom size wallpaper (sizes not listed in our standard options)
  • Custom design wallpaper (including standard designs with different scale patterns)

* We strongly recommend purchasing a sample for all custom orders.

Replacement of Damaged Items

We will replace any item that has been damaged during manufacturing or shipping. Please send your order number and photos of the damaged item to contact@parlingtoncompany.com. We will respond within 2 business days to coordinate a replacement and provide instructions for returning the damaged wallpaper.

Exchange of Items

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if we have sent you the incorrect product in terms of size, color name, or pattern. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@parlingtoncompany.com for return instructions.

Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it on weekdays. To cancel, please email your order number and cancellation request to contact@parlingtoncompany.com.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return for a damaged item, please email us at contact@parlingtoncompany.com for instructions. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

Samples

What are your sample sizes?

All of our samples are 16"x16.

Do you offer larger samples?

We do not offer sample sizes larger than previously stated.

Can I customize my sample pattern?

Our samples are pre-cut at the printshop, so we cannot guarantee a specific part of the pattern. For help with color matching, email us at contact@parlingtoncompany.com.

Wallpaper

How many panels do I need?

To determine how many panels you need, first calculate the total space in linear inches. Next, divide that total by the panel width (25”.) This result will tell you the exact number of panels required!

MEASURE

  1. Measure the width of your wall.
  2. Divide the wall width by the panel width.
  3. Round up to the nearest whole number to find the exact number of panels needed.

MULTIPLE WALLS 
For adjoining walls, combine the total width of all walls before dividing by the panel width.

HEIGHT
Measure the wall height to determine the appropriate panel length. Exclude baseboards or crown molding from your measurement. If a larger panel is necessary, please email us for assistance.

DOORS & WINDOWS
When measuring, include doors and windows in your calculations; you will cut around these areas during installation.

SLOPED WALLS
For sloped walls, measure the width at the highest point. If this height exceeds 12 feet, you will need a custom panel size. Contact us for assistance.

CEILINGS
To apply panels to a ceiling, measure both the widest and longest parts. The required panel length will depend on the direction of application. If the length exceeds 12 feet, reach out to us for custom lengths.

Applying House of Parlington Wallpaper

All Wallpaper is applied using the paste-the-wall technique with wallpaper glue and use the double cut method.

Can wallpaper be used in bathrooms?

Yes. Our wallpaper is very durable and often used in bathrooms.

Which paste should I use?

Use a premium quality, premixed clay vinyl adhesive. Do not dilute the adhesive. Roman adhesives Eco Brand are recommended for NSF-342 sustainability compliance.

Wallpaper is repositionable during application.

How do I clean my wallpaper?

• Dampen a cloth or sponge with soapy water.
• Gently wipe the stain using lukewarm water to remove any soap residue.
• Carefully blot excess water and allow the wallpaper to air dry.
• Wipe carefully without using circular motions.

Can I order extra panels later?

We recommend ordering all your required wallpaper at the same time, as colors can vary slightly between different production runs. If you need a specific color, we highly recommend ordering a sample first.

Wrapping Paper

What material is your wrapping paper?

Our wrapping paper is printed in full color. Matte is printed on a 24# coated bond paper. Gloss is printed on 185 gsm paper.

Can I purchase different size rolls?

No. We currently offer wrapping paper in 6ft and 15ft roll sizes.

Do the inks used to print contain sulfur?

No, the PWXL inks used in the production of our wrapping paper do not contain any sulfur.
